BrightKite

Managed newsletter service

Your newsletter. Built from your business. Steered by your email.

BrightKite reads everything that makes your business different. Your case studies, testimonials, founder posts, reviews, your website. We use all of it to write your newsletter every week, with this week's industry news worked in. Want next week's issue to mention something? Reply to any of our emails. We listen.

No dashboard. No software. The whole interface is email.

How it works

You do one thing once. We do the rest, every week, for as long as you want a newsletter.

BrightKite pipeline: your business material, this week's industry news and the season feed into the writing step, then into your segments, then to your email platform or sent for you. Your email instructions loop back into the writing step.
1

We learn your business

One setup form. You point us at your case studies, testimonials, social, website and reviews. That is the only homework you will ever do.

2

We write it every week

Your material, plus this week's industry news, plus the season, plus your segments. Drafted, then checked by a human editor before it goes anywhere.

3

We send it

Pushed straight into your email platform, or sent for you. Want to change an issue? Reply to one of our emails.

Eight things your newsletter will do

Most of this you could do yourself. None of it you have time for. That's the whole idea.

Case studies, testimonials, blog posts and reviews feeding into BrightKite, then into a weekly newsletter issue.
01

We read your business. All of it.

Case studies, testimonials, your differentiators, your blog, your reviews. The material a ghostwriter takes months to absorb. We read all of it before your first issue ships, and we keep using it.

From your content
Recent social posts passing through a relevance check that either includes a post in the newsletter or holds it back.
02

Your best posts, given a second life.

That LinkedIn post that landed. The founder's take that got replies. We watch your social and fold what's worth repeating into the newsletter, when it fits. Never just to fill space.

From your social
A fresh industry search being filtered, summarised, and woven into the weekly newsletter issue.
03

This week's industry news. Already in your newsletter.

Every issue, we run fresh searches across your industry. The news that matters gets summarised and worked in, so your newsletter is worth opening. Not just worth sending.

Industry news
Three seasons of the year shifting the tone and topic of the weekly newsletter issue.
04

It knows what time of year it is.

Q4 budget season. The summer slowdown. Conference season. January planning. Your newsletter matches the calendar your customers actually live by.

Seasonal timing
A loop: you send an email instruction, BrightKite applies it, and the next newsletter issue reflects it.
05 Signature feature

Want to change next week's issue? Reply to an email.

No dashboard. No portal. No prompt to engineer. You email us, "lead with the new case study", "go lighter this week", and the next issue follows. That is the whole control surface.

Steer by email
One weekly issue branching into tailored versions for prospects, customers and partners.
06

You define the segments. We write to each one.

Prospects and customers don't want the same email. Tell us your segments. We tailor every issue to each one. Same week, different newsletter.

Your segments
A six-month memory check deciding whether an idea was used recently, then using it or skipping it.
07

It never repeats itself. For six months, minimum.

We remember every case study, every claim, every news item we've used. Nothing repeats for six months. Your readers never get the same idea twice.

No repeats
A finished newsletter issue branching to either your email platform or BrightKite sending it for you.
08

We push to your platform. Or we send it ourselves.

Already on Mailchimp, Beehiiv, Kit, or HubSpot? We push the finished issue straight there. Don't want to touch any of it? We send it for you. Your call, either way.

Delivery, your way

The work it takes off your plate

A good newsletter is hours of work a week. Reading the industry. Finding the angle. Writing the thing. Remembering what you said last month. BrightKite does all of it, so you don't.

No writer to brief

We read your business once. We don't need a weekly briefing call.

No agency retainer

A managed service at a fraction of what a content agency charges.

No software to learn

One setup form. After that, your inbox is the only interface.

Who it's for

BrightKite is built for B2B companies with a story worth telling and no one with time to tell it. SaaS companies. Professional services. Agencies and consultancies. If you have case studies, testimonials and real differentiators sitting unused, that's the raw material we turn into a newsletter your prospects actually read.

Questions, answered

What exactly do I get?

A finished newsletter, every week, written and ready. We build it from your own business material and this week’s industry news. We push it into your email platform, or we send it for you.

How does this actually get written?

A mix of AI and a human editor. The AI does the heavy lifting of reading your material and drafting an issue. A person reviews every issue before it goes near your list. You never have to think about any of that, which is the point.

How much work is it for me?

Setup is one form. After that, nothing, unless you want to steer an issue. You do that by replying to an email. There is no dashboard to log into and no software to learn.

What if I already have a newsletter?

Good. We make it better. We can match your existing voice and format, or improve on them. It stays your newsletter. We just take the weekly work off your plate.

Which email platforms do you support?

Mailchimp, Beehiiv, Kit (ConvertKit), HubSpot and most others. We push the finished issue straight in. If you would rather not deal with a platform at all, we send it for you.

How do I change what goes into an issue?

Reply to any email from us. "Lead with the new case study." "Skip the news this week." "Go shorter." The next issue follows your instruction. That is the whole control surface.

What does it cost?

It depends on your list size and how much you want us to handle. We will give you a real number in a 25-minute chat. It costs less than a content hire and far less than an agency retainer.

See what your newsletter could be

Twenty-five minutes. We'll look at your business and tell you, honestly, whether a BrightKite newsletter is worth it for you.
